Pass expand=stages to return information about the stage too

If it's not provided, the list will include all sequences the user has access to, including shared sequences. Setting folder to "shared" will return only shared sequences. Setting folder to "personal" will return only sequences the user authored. Setting folder to a folderId of an existing folder will only return sequences in that folder.
