Creates a contact group that you own. name is not required; leaving it out creates a group without a name.

Contacts in contacts are created or matched by email among your own contacts and put in the new group. They are added after the response is sent, so they may take a moment to appear, and an invalid entry is skipped without an error. Adding a contact this way replaces the groups it was already in.

This operation is deprecated. It has no replacement in the public API, and no removal date has been announced.
