Retrieves one rule event, including the full payload the rule ran on. You can retrieve your own events, and workspace admins can retrieve their teammates'.

Mixmax stores events in blocks of three days, and finds an event by the block its date falls in. Pass the event's date, as GET /v1/rules/events returned it. Without it, only events from the current block are found, and an older event returns 404.
