Creates a Formatted Code enhancement that you can then insert with the /code command in the editor. No field is required and values are stored as sent, without validation, so a request with an empty body still creates an empty snippet. Fields other than the ones listed are ignored. Returns only the new id; there is no API to update or delete a snippet afterwards.
