/snippets (aka Templates)

Lists the templates you can access: your own, those shared with you directly or through a team or your workspace, and, for workspace admins, those of everyone in the workspace. In the backend templates are called snippets, and their folders snippet tags. Deleted and archived templates are left out unless you ask for them.

Search

search matches the template's name or subject. It also understands these operators; put values with spaces in double quotes, for example name:"sales intro". Each operator can be used once.

  • name: matches the name only, ignoring case.
  • subject: matches the subject only, ignoring case.
  • folder: matches templates in the folder with exactly this name.
  • owner: matches templates owned by myself, by a team name, or by an email address, ignoring case.

Search does not look at the template's body.
